Establishing BePark as Indigo’s B2B Commercial Interface:
For Hiptown, it was crucial to recognize BePark as Indigo’s B2B interface, rather than redirecting clients directly to parking providers. Coworking spaces needed to develop the reflex of referring parking requests to BePark, enhancing the efficiency of client need management.
Dependence on Office Deals:
BePark’s success partly depends on the finalization of office contracts between coworking spaces and their clients. Maintaining the interest of potential clients and avoiding the loss of deals due to unfinished office contracts was therefore a critical challenge.
II. Solutions
To meet Hiptown’s needs, BePark implemented a flexible parking solution tailored to each site with customizable subscription plans. BePark identified the closest parking lots and those best suited to the specific requirements of each site. The contractual proposal offered site managers two options:
1. A direct contract between the coworking space and BePark.
2. A contract between the coworking client/prospect and BePark, providing a customized approach.

The collaboration between BePark and Hiptown has already led to the signing of a dozen contracts across France, ensuring reliable and flexible parking access for coworking clients. Regular contacts have been established with most major coworking players in France, positioning BePark as a preferred and recognized partner for parking solutions in the minds of numerous coworking managers.
