I. Challenge
It was becoming increasingly difficult for the employees of P&V's Brussels agency to find a parking spot every morning.
Employees were wasting a lot of time and this situation was creating a lot of unnecessary stress and frustration.
The company, therefore, began looking for places to park in the Botanique district to help its employees.
II. Solution
Spaces: Rent parking spaces
After receiving the request from P&V, BePark quickly opened a private parking lot in the Boulevard Bischoffsheim.
There were 30 secured parking spots provided for P&V.
Every P&V employee was now guaranteed to find a safe place to park their vehicle when they came to work.
Platform: Optimization of the parking management
Thanks to BePark's technology installed on the entrance of the parking lot, P&V was now able to directly control and manage the access to the 30 parking spaces online via BePark's Platform.
Employees can now open the gate with their cell phone. Badges and remote controls were no longer needed.
Based on different parking needs and historical use, the company has now the possibility to make the right adjustments and ensure optimal use of those 30 parking spots.
III. Results
P&V's parking challenge is now completely resolved! It was important for BePark to ensure a smooth parking experience for P&V's employees, as this is closely related to their mood and efficiency at work.
1. Overall employee happiness improved by providing employees with a smoother parking experience.
2. The HR manager's visibility on the parking availability has drastically improved.
3. The time spent by staff in finding a parking space has been greatly reduced.
