BePark was born in 2011 at the juncture between real estate and mobility, two sectors in the midst of a revolution. Attentive to users and the evolution of the market, BePark has developed digital solutions to meet today's parking needs and tomorrow to transform urban mobility.
Over the past 9 years, we have kept growing thanks to the trust of our clients. At BePark, every customer is supported from start to finish to unlock the potential of their parking in order to improve their mobility in the broadest sense of the word. We want to offer a human partner, every step of the way, notably by offering 24/7 support services.
Through a careful listening and analysis of customer needs, BePark has come up with a new perspective: parking and mobility management is a waste of time for companies. Leveraging our extensive experience in real estate asset management, we have developed knowledge and a digital platform to answer this need and become the partner for companies to help their to manage and optimize their parking in order to enhance mobility.
The "Cairgo Bike" project led by Bruxelles-Mobilité was set up to encourage the use of cargo bikes for residents and businesses. Today the lack of space and the fear of degradation are two obstacles to the use of cargo bikes. BePark's mission will be to provide specific, off-street and safe parking spaces for cargo bikes.
As part of the 303030 City Climate Challenge project organized by BECI, BePark will install 300 charging stations for the electric car in order to promote and facilitate the transition to electric mobility. Those charging stations will be installed in private off-street parking lots to not clutter up public spaces and free up space to urban life.
