The Challenge

Following the plan of shifting the strategy concerning Gecina's building in Rue Pré-Gaudry in Lyon, Gecina was in a position to optimise their current asset in this building during the change.

There were about 50 unused parking spaces in the building while residents and workers in the neighborhood were having trouble to find a spot to park their vehicle.

To better align with the CSR policy while getting more revenue on the parking, they were in need of a solution to help them optimise their unused parking spaces.
